We often come across fixer upper properties with great potential. We just love restoring what we can and improving on the layout of boxy and closed off spaces. This Cape Town apartment is a great candidate for a renovation, and we have done a proposal to not only improve its market value by utilising wasted space, but totally changing the feel by merely removing two walls and opening up the dark closed off kitchen.
