Oranjezicht Apartment Renovation

A light, bright, renovated apartment in the heart of Oranjezicht, on the foothills of the mountain.

We are currently renovating an outdated apartment that needs a lot of love and attention. The interior will be completely modernised by removing some walls to create an open plan, and adding an en-suite for the main bedroom. We are getting rid of dark passages by incorporating the circulation spaces into the living spaces. Have a look at the concept proposal that's currently in the works.
